And all I have to show for it is this giant blister.
The marathon training continues.
I ran the 20 in 2 hours and 18 minutes. A little faster than I expected but I ran at the pace I felt most comfortable and that’s what it got me.
The last 2-3 miles I started to feel tired and had to work to sustain the pace, but it was all good in the end.
That’s pretty close to what I have to run on race day to go under 3 hours.
Assuming I get this blister under control.
