I spend a lot of time training.  I’ve tried to kick the habit over the years to spend more time at work, with friends, with family, drinking beer, doing other things, but I always end up back on a “program” with grand plans of competition driving me.  My plans are usually more ambitious than my preparation, so I often find myself in awkward situations.
